We want to ensure that customers are comfortable giving us their ordering details that’s why we recommend to send them through our Secure Online Order, a safe and easy way to buy our software. All the transactions are protected by a security certificate (SSL). 

Our software products are basically delivered by Web download.
After the transaction is completed, license and password information is e-mailed to the customer to download the licensed software within one business day of placing the order. Please make sure to specify the correct email address when placing an order.
We also have the software available on a physical media- CDRom. If required, it's shipped via regular mail at a slight additional charge.  

Pricing and Payment currency

Please bear in mind that prices are subject to change without prior notification.  
Steema website is our definitive price list and is kept up to date.
Prices exclude VAT.

Product prices are fixed in US dollars. €uro prices shown are an approximate value subject to the daily exchange rate.  

Payments are to be either wired or mailed to Steema in US dollars or €uro.  
However, Spanish banking regulations do not allow us to bill credit cards in dollars, therefore the original purchase transaction is made in Spanish currency (€uro) at the exchange rate in effect at the time of order. A slightly price variation may occur due to this currency conversion (USD$-€uro).

Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

*Payment in advance:

-Credit cards - the easiest and fastest way to order for immediate purchase. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard and American Express. 

-Bank transfer - customer should assume bank wire fees for us to receive payment in full. Please contact us at sales@steema.com for bank account details. 

-Cheque  - make cheques Payable to : Steema Software SL, Avinguda Montilivi 33, 17003 Girona, Spain

*Authorized Purchase Order: payment Net 30 days of the invoice date. For educational establishments, Government agencies and Corportations we accept an authorized Purchase Order Form.

Invoicing

Invoices can be issued either in €uro or USD$ dollars. They are sent by e-mail and on request they can also be sent by postal mail free of charge.
 

Refund Policy

If, within 30 days of purchase, you are not entirely satisfied with a product that you purchased from us, notify us and we’ll authorize a return and refund your money.
After such period, Steema Software will not be responsible of any money back.  

We ask for a signed Letter of Destruction stating that you have removed the software from all systems immediately and destroy any copies. Once we have received this statement please allow a couple of days for processing.
Please also ensure that CDRom copies are returned to us in good condition and at your cost.
